Preorder Policy

1. Preorder Confirmation:

- Placing a preorder on our website constitutes an agreement to purchase the selected item(s).
- You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your preorder.

2. Payment:

- Payment is processed at the time of placing the preorder to secure your item.
- We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website.

3. Shipping Dates:

- Estimated shipping dates for preorder items are provided on the product page. Please note that these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Modifications/Cancellations:

- Changes to your preorder or cancellation can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, preorders are considered final, and changes may not be possible.

5. Shipping and Handling:

- Preorder items will be shipped on or after the specified release date.
- Any in-stock items included in the same order will be shipped separately.

6. Delays:

- While we make every effort to meet the specified shipping dates, delays may occur due to production issues or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. Communication:

- We will keep you informed of any significant updates or changes to the preorder status via email.
- Our customer support team is available to assist you with any queries related to your preorder.

8. Sold Out Policy:

- If the preorder item becomes sold out before fulfillment, orders will be processed in the order they were received.
- Customers whose orders cannot be fulfilled due to sold-out inventory will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
- Our dedicated team will actively work towards restocking the item or providing a suitable alternative. If neither option is immediately feasible, customers whose orders cannot be fulfilled due to sold-out inventory will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued.

9. Refunds:

- Refunds will only be issued in the event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder. Otherwise, all sales are final.

10. Product Changes:

- Product details, including design and specifications, may be subject to change. We will strive to communicate any modifications in a timely manner.

11. Limited Edition and Exclusive Items:

- Some preorder items may be limited edition or exclusive. We encourage early preorders to secure these special items.
